Individual Membership Child Form

Use the Individual Memberships child form to see a list of and report on all of this individual's memberships, whether the individual purchased the membership or whether the membership comes to the individual through his or her relationships.

Individual Membership Child Form Information

The Individual Memberships child form displays a list of all memberships held by the individual. This child form displays the following data columns:

Column	Description
Association	Displays the association to which the individual, organization, or household holds a membership.
Mbr Type	Displays the type of membership held by the individual, organization, or household.
Mbr Status	Displays the membership status for this membership.
Mbr Through	Displays how the individual, organization, or household holds this membership. The membership could have been purchased by the individual, organization, or household or they could be receiving membership benefits through flow down.
Join	Displays the date the individual, organization, or household became a member.
Rejoin	Displays the date the individual, organization, or household rejoined the association if their membership had lapsed.
Effective	Displays the date the membership goes into effect.
Expire	Displays the date the membership expires.
Terminate	Displays the date the membership was terminated.

Use the following icons to work with child forms. Not every form will have all of the icons listed.

		expand/close icon to expand or close a child form.
		goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
		add icon to add a new record to the child form.
		edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
		delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
		grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
		new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
		more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
		linked headings to sort the records.
		refresh the data in the form.
		export the data to a quick report for download.
